About Me

I have long considered myself a woman who has it all.  With two healthy, loving children, an amazingly magical partner, a meager income as an artist, and all the infinite offerings of an abundant universe pouring into me, I often find myself drowned in absolute bliss.  Developing the grace and wisdom to sustain and balance this bliss, while offering it to others, is the foundation of my work as a mother, wife, and artist.  My passions include painting, herbalism, early education, permaculture, sustainable homesteading, and magick.  My formal university training includes a dual BA in Anthropology, specializing in Old World and Etruscan Archaeology, and Classical History.

I have created this blog to provide inspiration and a model to other moms who are balancing their family, personal interests, and careers.  It is such a delicate balance.  We can do it!

Follow me on an adventure in sustainable homesteading, while my family relocates to Wisconsin to reclaim a more ancient, conscious way of life.   We aim to live life and raise our children to the best of our abilities outside of the box.

It is important to remember that in order to uncover our innate happiness, we must put aside the trivial and unfulfilling activities we engage in.  We must approach our loved ones and ourselves with open hearts, patience, and faith in the benevolence and beauty of the universe around us.
